Which system is right for my site?

It depends on your wash volume. Up to 18,000 washes a year, a single gantry rollover is the right starting point. Between 18,000 and 30,000, a Juno (dual) or Takt/twin setup. Above 25,000, a conveyor tunnel starts to make sense. We'll walk you through site survey, volume modelling and specification before you commit to a system.

How quickly can you respond if a machine goes down?

Our team of twelve service engineers covers the country, with emergency call-out available seven days a week. Most issues are resolved same-day or next-day. Every WashTec installation includes remote diagnostics, so faults are often flagged — and the right parts dispatched — before the call-out is even logged.
